Project Architect: We are seeking registered architect to manage multiple projects under the direction and supervision of a Project Director. 1-5 years’ experience in this position.

40+-person firm; service-oriented and innovative.  Formed in 1994, the firm’s primary project type has been public works:  criminal justice, police and fire facilities, evidence storage, fleet maintenance, office and other government facilities.  We are very active in design / build and CMAR projects.  In addition, the firm is actively expanding into the design of other building types.  The firm is a dynamic company, with a friendly and pleasant working environment where people are provided with the opportunity to grow and succeed. 
 
Major job duties: Service the needs of the client, meet schedules, assess requirements of a project and work with a Project Director to determine scope of work, budget and staffing, develop and review proposals, coordinate all aspects of project document completion, guide a design team through construction documentation process, check for code compliance, coordinate with consultants, contractors, and owners.  Work with the Project Director to coordinate internal project staffing needs, track and report internal project budgets, and project schedules and project progress. Experience and a working knowledge of Revit as a tool for design, presentation and construction documentation is required.
