As a customer service representative, you may work in a high volume call center, but it's your own unique ability to provide an exceptional customer experience that makes you most valuable. Use your innate ability to delivering superior customer service. You'll spend your time handling inbound calls explaining policy coverages and guidelines, answering billing questions, processing payments, and handling policy cancellations and reinstatements and other questions.

1st class is Jan 14th – Must be able to interview this Monday or Tuesday at the latest and quickly pass background and drug screening.
2nd class Feb 11th

Pay: $13-$16/hr plus monthly bonus after 90 days of employment
Monthly bonus potential for the candidates after they are converted? Up to max $1100 based upon call score and matrix grade – NOT UNTIL THEY ARE CONVERTED to a Insurance Company  employee
Please confirm training schedule:
Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1 hour lunch)
Training starts promptly at 9:00 AM sharp.

This is the weekday schedule that all solutions agents will have to adhere to with no exception.  (Although Arizona does not observe daylight saving time, our company changes hours of operation in order to efficiently service our East Coast clients. In the winter, agents will move their start time from 9:00am to 10:00am.)
Monday          9:00am – 6:00pm (1 hour lunch)
Tuesday          9:00am – 6:00pm (1 hour lunch)
Wednesday    9:00am – 6:00pm (1 hour lunch)
Thursday        9:00am – 6:00pm (1 hour lunch)
Friday             9:00am – 6:00pm (1 hour lunch)
Saturday        7:30am – 4:30pm (30 minute lunch)

After 6 weeks, all agents will be scheduled to work every other Saturday.
